Policy Guidelines for Students (Online Classes)

 

  1. At Joining of the Course
    1. * All students must strictly adhere to the Course Methodology.
    2. All Course Materials (Books, PDFs, Lesson Notes, and Workbooks) are available in the Library Section of the App or can be bought through the Amazon.
  2. The Course Methodology
    1. Before the Class: Students must review the Lesson Pdfs & Videos (during UQ Level-1 and RQ Qaida) and prepare themselves before attending the class.
    2. During the Class:
      • Students must join on time, keep video ON and mic OFF throughout the session.

      • For asking questions, students must first click the "Raise Hand" button. Only when the teacher allows, the student may unmute and put forward the question.

      • Trainer will recap the previous lesson in 5–7 minutes.

      • Trainer will conduct the new lesson with Teaching–Practice–Interaction (TPI) in 40 minutes.

      • Trainer will summarize the lesson with 3 Key Takeaways (students must a note of them).

      • Final 5–7 minutes will be for student queries.

 

3. On Completion of the Batch:

* On completing of the batch, an Assessment will be conducted the very next day, consisting of Objective Questions in Read Qur'an, Understand Qur’an Level-1, 2 & 3 and both Objective & Subjective parts in Compete Quran Course.

* Interim Assessments will also be conducted during the course to help identify and improve weaknesses.

* On Batch Completion, Certificates for Best Performer and to two Students for Best Attempt will also be awarded.

 

C. My Qur’an Notes Handbook

Each student must maintain a hardbound thick Copy titled as “My Qur’an Handbook”. During the level-1 and level-2 of UQ, this will include:

* Qur’an words with meanings & grammar.

* Written assignments.

* Lesson notes to help in Quizzes & Assessments.

* Lesson Takeaways and Action Points (with Ayah/Surah reference).

During Level-3 and Complete Qur’an besides lesson pointers, vocabulary, it will also include 3-4 key learnings to be remembered and practised.

(My Qur’an Handbook should be preserved as a lifelong reference.)

 

D. Learning Objectives

* To read the Qur’an correctly.

* ⁠To learn Arabic of the Qur’an.

* To believe and practice the learnings in daily life.

* To propagate the learnings to others.
